Offleash’d’s Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Terry E. James, has been a passionate pet owner his entire life. As the founding investor in Offleash’d, Terry has worked side-by-side daily with the CIO and Offleash’d team to build this amazing new company.

 

With his wife of 20+ years Sheree, Terry is currently the proud pet parent of 3 furry friends (Bean, Soulo and Simba) and Dad of 2 amazing teen humans (Malakai and Maliyah). Offleash’d was an instant fit and passion project for Terry.

 

With over 23+ years of experience being at the forefront of the Financial Services and Real Estate industries, Terry brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Offleash’d team.

 

Terry started his career as a Licensed Wealth Manager for Morgan Stanley (winner of the National Sales Director Award) and UBS Financial Services. Terry was the former CEO/Owner of CARE Lending LLC, a mortgage finance company, which was acquired in late 2007. Terry is the current CEO/Owner of the James Real Estate Group Companies (Real Estate Development, Construction and Real Estate Sales). Terry was featured in the 2023 Top 100 Innovators and Entrepreneurs Magazine.  Terry and his family live in Redondo Beach, CA and travels bi-monthly to Seattle, WA to manage his companies and work diligently for Offleash’d.
