Makena Schoene

Makena is the Marketing Consultant & Lead Copywriter for Offleash’d. A double major in English and Marketing from Drake University, Makena spent three years playing professional volleyball overseas, where she honed her craft by writing a travel and lifestyle blog.

 

With a background in social media management and editing, Makena creates content across multiple channels, including the Offleash’d blog and monthly newsletter. Along with her adorable cat, Tom, Makena is excited to share her love of animals with the Offleash’d community!
