Ashley was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona where she attended Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business, receiving her Bachelors Degree in Business. She continued her education at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law where she completed her Masters Degree in Legal Studies, with an emphasis in Sports Law.

During her undergraduate years, she started her own marketing business, working with clients in over 46 industry sectors. After developing a passion for branding & marketing, she accepted an opportunity to serve as Director of Corporate Partnerships for a national sports agency, representing professional athletes in the MLB, NBA, and NFL. In 2019, while finishing her studies, she sat on the board of a national nonprofit organization and was introduced to the startup world where she played a major role in scaling a Global CEO Network from 0 to 2,700 CEOs in 127 countries in less than two years.

Her experience and success with the initial startup led her to starting two more companies - one in property management, the other a 501(c)(3) nonprofit benefiting under-served communities and young athletes.

Her love for animals started at two - when she began participating as an equestrian in the show jumping discipline. By 15, she was riding at the Grand Prix level, competing against professionals all over the nation.
